Front cover of Cakes and Sugarcraft Magazine!

It is always really lovely to see my cakes in print, but having one on the front cover of a magazine is really very special! I always love creating step by step tutorials for magazines and have worked with quite a few over the year. As an ambassador for Squires Kitchen I create quite a lot of step by step tutorials for their magazine publication Cakes and Sugarcraft.

In the latest edition you can learn how to create this striking Italian inspired cake using step by step photos and instructions. the hand painted design is painted using my signature medium of melted cocoa butter and edible dust colours. The Mediterranean tiles are hand printed using a custom made stamp - again you can learn how to achieve this by following the easy to understand steps! I cant wait to see how people interpret these skills into their own designs!
