Collaboration 'Royal Wedding Cake' at the Squires Kitchen Annual Exhibition

I was delighted to be asked to take part in the ‘Royal Wedding Cake’ collaboration at Squires Kitchen annual exhibition 2018 alongside some other very talented wedding cake designers. The enormous 8 tier cake was created and finished from scratch over the 3 days with many hands working on covering , detailing and beautiful sugar and wafer paper flowers. I was asked to add some of my signature hand painting to the design which I managed to fit in between demo-ing, teaching and judging the prestigious show!
