I am super excited to announce that I am one of the 12 cake designers involved in creating this new, exciting book by Squires Kitchen - published by B Dutton Publishing. This collaborative book featured step by step tutorials on how to achieve a huge range of techniques and skills essential for any modern cake decorator including a number of tutorials on hand painted designs by me! The book is getting ready to be launched at Cake International - London on the 4-6th of April 2019 and will be widely available after that. Stay tuned for some sneaky peaks of the inside!!
