Emily loves to draw and each of her cakes start their lives in a sketch book; this allows her to discuss and develop her ideas with you before she even starts baking.
Once in the kitchen she takes great pride in using only the best ingredients. Locally produced Roddas cream, Boddingtons Berries delicious fruit packed preserves, divine Lemon curd from Sargies, creamy Trewithen Dairy butter and Doves Farm Organic flour produced in the South West. These ingredients ensure her cakes taste as good as they look!
Her hand painted designs are created using edible paints and powders, a keen eye for detail and a lot of patience!
Emily takes great privilege in being part of your special day and will be more than happy to deliver, set up and stage your cake at your chosen venue. She can also liaise with florists and caterers if required.
Although Emily is based in Cornwall, delivery to other areas can be possible and can be discussed on an individual basis.
