2 day tiered cake masterclass with the UK Chocolate Academy

I am super excited to be teaching my first IN PERSON class of the year at the fantastic UK Chocolate Academy in Banbury, Oxfordshire on the 9th and 10th of February 2022!

In this exclusive 2 day course I will be showing you all my tips and ticks to make your cakes look as perfect as mine…

During the 2 day class you will cover:

- Slicing and filling a sponge cake for a tiered wedding cake.
- Making white chocolate ganache and applying to a sponge cake to create a flawless base.
- Covering a ganached cake and dummy cakes with Massa Ticino by Mona Lisa sugar paste – to create sharp edges for a crisp contemporary look.
- Creating a striped effect with sugar paste using a wrap technique.
- Airbrushing an ombre effect.
- Supporting and stacking a wedding cake.
- Hand painting a range of flowers, step by step using cocoa butter paint (power flowers)

The course includes:

- All recipes and technical information
- At the end of the course you may want to take home your piece – you will need to consider transporting this. If you need any advice please contact the Academy
- A signed Chocolate Academy certificate
- Hospitality - lunch and refreshments each day
